Refund Policy
We are sure that you will be delighted with our jewellery, but we are pleased to accept returns within 28 days with proof of purchase. Jewellery must be unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Due to health and safety legislation earrings cannot be returned.
Purchases made online at www.purple-label.com can be exchanged, or returned for a voucher or full refund minus postage and packaging costs.
Sale items bought online can be returned up to 7 days later (as normal excluding earrings).
Purchases made in either of our shops can be exchanged or returned for a voucher of the same value.
Sale items bought in the showroom are non returnable.
This refund policy only applies to ready to wear jewellery from the purple label collection. Obviously if there is a fault with your jewellery we will replace the jewellery or fully refund if preferred.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Jewellery can either be:
- returned by post to: Purple Label, Harriet Kelsall Jewellery Design Ltd, 6/7 Green Street, Cambridge, CB2 3JU, United Kingdom
- returned to either our Cambridge or Hertfordshire shop within 28 days from the date of dispatch.
We recommend that you send the goods back to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. We are not responsible for returning goods lost during transit back to us.
Cash refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to buy the Jewellery. If the recipient wishes to return the Jewellery, we will exchange it for a voucher to the value of the gift within 28 days. This can be spent on the www.purple-label.com website or in one of our shops.
