STERLING SILVER OM PENDANT ON EXTRA LONG CHAIN
The sanskrit monosyllable represented in this pendant is pronounced aum (om). Om symbolises the Absolute - the very essence of the human being. The oldest and most venerated of all Hindu mantras is also employed in Buddhism and spiritual endeavour (Yoga). In addition to what it represents, the pendant also just looks great and is an interesting conversation starter. It is just under 30mm wide and about 25-30mm high from the top of the bail ring and has a hand-forged hammered finish. It sits on a 34 inch long hammered texture chain which catches the light beautifully. This can be looped round twice, or worn long so it is great for all sorts of different looks.
