Delivery Options
We offer both Standard and Next day delivery to any address in the UK.
Standard delivery is free on orders over £100.
International delivery is available to selected countries.

UK Standard delivery
Orders sent via Standard delivery can take up to 4 working days to be dispatched. You will be sent an email when the order has been dispatched. Deliveries should take approximately 2-3 days from this date, depending on Royal Mail.
You will receive free UK Standard Delivery for orders over £100.
The Royal Mail requires that packages are signed for. We cannot accept responsibility if there is no-one present to accept the parcel. The Royal Mail normally deliver a card if you are out and return the item to your local sorting office for your collection - see www.royalmail.co.uk for more details
UK Next Day Delivery
If you choose Next Day delivery orders must be placed before 11am to insure that they will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday and should be delivered to you on Tuesday. Orders dispatched using Next Day Delivery on a Friday cannot be guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday. They may either arrive on the Saturday or the following Monday.

International Deliveries
The approximate timescale for International Deliveries is 5 working days, but this is not guaranteed. If the package you receive has been tampered with or damaged, please write the word "damaged" where you sign for package and confirm this with the person delivering the package.
Any deliveries outside the EC may have a tax/duty charge added by customs which would need to be paid by the recipient. This is something which is decided by customs and is out of our control. We are not currently insured to deliver to countries comprised by the former territories of the U.S.S.R and/or the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and/or the Republic of Serbia as well as the following countries:

Exceptions to Delivery Timescales
If we cannot dispatch your order within our stated timescales we will contact you immediately and advise you of the new delivery date and offer you a full refund.
